I’m Lauren Pacey, a Mortgage Associate with the Dominion Lending Centres Ratefair team.  I'm driven by a genuine passion for helping individuals and families in their mortgage journey.  I understand firsthand how life-changing home owenership and financial options can be.  With the guidance and personalized experience of a trusted Mortgage Associate, my home ownership dreams became a reality many years ago.

I’m known for my strong organizational skills, analytical decision-making, and ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and calm. I take pride in building relationships rooted in trust and integrity. I've been told I bring a warm, steady presence to what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent nearly two decades as a registered Medical Laboratory Technologist in both clinical and post-secondary education settings, with experience in both instructional and leadership capacities.  This background sharpened my attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to translate complex information into clear, understandable guidance- skills that are invaluable when supporting clients through the mortgage process. 

I bring not only professional expertise but also a depth of life experience and empathy. I recognize that the path to homeownership is deeply personal, and no two journeys are the same. I view the mortgage process as a collaborative experience- one where we work together, openly and transparently, to align your goals with the right solutions. My role is to be your guide and anchor-facilitating the process, answering questions, and ensuring you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
